The personnel structure of the Institute
consists of nearly 30 people; two thirds of which are academic
staff. Besides them, the Institute has a great network of external
associates involved in its research and educational activities.
This is a result of its active personnel policy, which involves
a continual admission of young scholars, and efforts to provide
conditions for its employees to continually perfect their knowledge
and external associates. Also, the Institute regularly hosts experts
or young scholars from abroad who attend its study programmes.
We would particularly stress that the academic staff of the
Institute, possess international experience obtained through education
abroad or study visits to foreign universities. Most of them participate
in joint projects with foreign partners, and international conferences,
symposia or congresses. In the context of the Institute's intensive
international co-operation, possessing an academic quality, professional
approach, knowledge of foreign languages, computer literacy is,
understandably, a prerequisite for one's being a part of the Institute.
Since it was established until the present day, twenty-seven from
the Institute's academic staff have left the Institute to become
professors at the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Philosophy, and other
university departments. A considerable number of associates of the
Institute have held and some still hold important positions in government
as well as in public and private organizations.
